Forensic Experts rescue work of blind author whose pen ran out!
The Telegraph has published a story about how police forensic experts managed to use a special process to retrieve the work of Trish Vickers who lost her vision in 2005 due to diabetes.Ms Vickers had hand written 26 pages of a new novel without realising that her pen had no ink and only discovered this when her son visited and broke the disturbing news.
Working in their own time, a member of the Dorset police forensic team managed to salvage the complete text also commenting that they enjoyed reading the story and were looking forward to its completion.
