Installing ICS on KF

If I do this will I lose the main kindle fire pages with the carousel etc? or can I just access it like a program?

If this is the case can someone point me in teh direction of the most up to date and working ICS?

Not attempted it myself but k believe you can have a dual.operating system at boot up
but the rumourd ive read of things that don't work.after installing ice make me hesitant

Taken from another website seems if you add ics kiss goodbye to.video.playback for now
The main things that don’t work as of the 2/24 release are hardware video decoding, so Netflix, HD YouTube videos and other videos won’t run. Wi-Fi can be spotty at times (re-booting usually fixes that), and sometimes the Kindle will freeze up. When that happens, holding the power button for like 15 seconds turns it off so you can reboot.

A few other things that don’t work are Flash video
