Seriously?

Are you looking for lists of paid ebooks? If so, I recommend focussing instead on doing some author interviews, getting reviewed by bloggers and networking on forums.

If GoodReads are accepting, I cannot find anything on their site to help me out. It might be just because I'm very tired tonight.

As for the recommendations you mention, there is definitely some food for thought there. Thank you.

Re: Goodreads...
Have you tried searching for your title, then if/when it's not found, is there a 'Manually add a book' link on the right?

I can't believe I didn't notice that link. Having clicked on it, it says only librarians can add books. To be considered as a librarian, you need at least 50 books in your shelf and I don't have anywhere near that many.

Oh well. I'll be sorting myself out with a website/blog tomorrow, to make a start...
