Welcome John! I only joined the forum just after the beginning of the year and wasn't aware of the Book Club until midway through, so February will be my first participation too.

I'm looking forward to joining in when the next book is revealed. Not really a fan of Charles Dickens, but I think it stems from the fact that a poor essay I did for my GCSE on Christmas Carol dropped my B grade to a C!

Don't worry Mark, we have chosen from a great variety of books in the past, and the discussions stay open after the month is over, so if you fancy reading any of our past choices and commenting you are more than welcome. Smile

Have a look here at some of our previous choices

What I Read

RE: Welcome to the UK Kindle Users Book Club

Hi, I just joined and wanted to stop by and join in. Anyone else on here like fantasy books? I'm also rather partial to a nice psychological thriller but at the moment I'm reading books of short stories. I suffer from fibromyalgia and sometimes my memory isn't what it shoud be so a short story fits the bill as I can read one all in one go and don't have to remember who's who.
