Wildebeeste crossing the Serengeti

- are all very well, but for real spectacle someone should be filming the immense herd of slugs and snails crossing my vegetable patch.

Gardening question of the day: why don't slugs and snails eat weeds?

RE: Wildebeeste crossing the Serengeti

I put food out for my hedgehogs at night and when it rains the slugs come from all directions. I pick them up on my i/r camera and they radiate outwards for some distance.
Please put a bowl of water out for hedgehogs and other night-time visitors, you might just save their life.
While you are at it, feed the birds too. Thumbs Up And come and talk about it at Garden Wildlife Forum
