I got that same response. Instead, I used their "Online chat" customer service, and within 2 minutes they'd ordered a nice shiny new Kindle to head my way. And I hadn't even bought the Kindle directly from Amazon in the first place!

What I Read

My K3 still works as well as it did when new but it has a hairline crack on the casing at the bottom right of the screen. I'm very happy with my K3 and hope it continues to work for many many years to come.
