RE: Mini Poll for voting for book to read in June

I think it such a shame that new members cannot vote until they have made 10 posts. I am not interested in writing chatty joky posts in general, I just would like to read books and then give my honest opinion on them and say what I liked and didn't like. When I read a cracker I burst with enthusiasm and want to tell everyone to read it. It is going to take me forever to get to 10 posts unless I just write drivel. Please note this is number 1.

Would someone be kind enough to explain to me how I put my reading history on here above the main body of the text. I am a bit thick! Aha - that is post number 3

Hi Chattysmum
At the top of each page you'll find a panel that includes a User CP link. Click on it. You'll then see in a panel down the left hand side a link Edit Profile. Click on it. Scroll down and you'll find the section where you can enter your recent reading history.

It's surprising how quickly the posts stack up. One day you're writing your first post and then the next thing you know, your profile says 628 posts and you think "Where did my life go?"

Also if you click on the words "Currently Reading" next to anybody's choices it takes you to YOUR currently reading page.

We also have a "eBook Reviews by our Members" section if you just wanted to write a quick review of a book you have read and recommended. http://www.kuforum.co.uk/kindleusersforum/forum-17.html

You are more than welcome to join in the discussions even if you have only posted the once (4) times. This was just a rule from some time back where people were joining and voting for an author more as a popularity contest rather than actually wanting to read and discuss the book.
