black mark on screen

Hi new to forum and wondering if anyone knows how to remove a wee black mark from the screen that arrived after dropping befor i got my case!! any help would be apprecieated as its annoying me! thanks in advance

RE: black mark on screen and welcome to the forum. Is the mark something that has stuck to the screen or a mark inside the display? If it is something on the screen I would just breath on the screen gently and wipe it with a clean dry cloth. If however it is inside the Kindle I would give customer services a ring and ask for their help. 
Only happy when I am immersed in a good Kindle book
