The problem that went away!

I had a problem this morning. I bought a couple of books and tried to transfer them to my wife's Kindle using 'Manage my Kindle' on the Amazon site. Every time my mouse pointer got near to 'Deliver' the box disappeared. I tried this numerous times and like the carrot in front of the donkey, the box kept evading me. Having tried all I could think of, I sent an email to Kindle Support.

True to their excellent reputation, I received a call a couple of hours later. The assistant had logged onto my account, and, as sods law dictates, the problem had gone away and it worked every time for them. She asked if I could try again while she remained on the 'phone which I did. Of course it worked perfectly!

What the problem was I don't know but it has gone. What I would say is that Kindle Support have again proved how lucky we are to have them. They truly are the tops!
That is a good book which is opened with expectation and closed with profit.
