I'm going a bit radical and I'm going to nominate a book that's not out yet Angel.
Death in Flitbury Marsh by Linda Gruchy.

A lot of people have read and enjoyed her Death in Spiggs Wood. I have had the privilege of an advance read (to double check it is ready for publication) and I think it's much better than DiSW (in my opinion). I haven't quite finished it yet, but I'm loving it.

And there's lots of it that I think I'd like to discuss. It's a police procedural with the same police force in DiSW, but this one is more police orientated.

Unless Linda says it won't be out for a while, then this would be a great book club choice. Thumbs Up

And I've no idea how much it will cost Tongue

Mary Fitzgerald has a new novel out. For those who have read and enjoyed Richard Wilde; I found this to be almost as good. This was my review.

"I have read all of Mary Fitzgerald's novels now, and finished this one, her latest, this morning. I think that it is one of her best novels. Doesn't quite knock Richard Wilde off the number one spot, but it is a very close runner. I'm not sure how to describe it - it's a love story but not romance; there are darker themes and menace running through the tale, but it is beautifully written. I loved it and it's one that I will definately read again. I can whole-heartedly recommend this. "

The price is £2.49. I think that there would be a lot to discuss in this.

Well, Linda better hurry up then as we will need to be able to read it during May if it is chosen.

Edit: I'm waiting for Linda to get back to me on publication date. If the book is ready by 1 May, then we have our 10. I'll keep you posted.

I'm hoping to get it published next week at the same price as Death in Spigg's Wood.

Joo, I'm honoured that you think Death in Flitbury Marshes is worthy.

Or thereabouts. It depends on the exchange rate for the dollar.
