Taken my Christmas present Kindle on holiday for 1st time and when I arrive the screen is almost completely gone - gets worse each time I try it. It was in a Kindle case and inside my lapdog bag so did not get a knock. It is frustrating as I have all my holiday reading on it.

This was after I sat on it - it had to be replaced. (very speedy turn around) It is now in a hollowed out hardback book as a case rather than the soft case. (My cousin in spain said that she found "chat" with customer service much easier then phone call) |
