Hi Dorte,

A 5* Amazon review means 'I love it'. I'm guessing she doesn't see those 3 words as an appropriate reaction to something as sad and horrific as the holocaust, a fair point.

But yes, I take 5* as the ultimate compliment from a reader, which is very pleasing.
