Two questions...

Hello all..first post so apologies if this has been covered before..but I couldnt find it..

1) When browsing the Kindle store is there a way of bookmarking to point that you have reached?...in some instances there are hundreds of pages...take biogs for instance...I will flick through say 30 odd pages...with hundreds left to go...when I want to have another look I have to start all over again...im never going to reach the last lot of books.. Sad

2) Simple question now...is there a way of deleting some in the archive?...I have a lot of junk in there I really dont want.

Many thanks Thumbs Up

Hello Fingers & Welcome to the forum

Lovely to have you with us.

To answer your first question, I haven't found a way to do it, but someone else here might now how.

Second question, go to Your amazon account & click on your kindle orders, then click on manage your kindle, then click on action to the right, then select delete & they will be removed.

Hope you enjoy your time here. Ask away if there's anything else you need Smile

Hi Fingers and welcome to the Forum. I can't add anything else to Kaska's replies to you. I find it very annoying too, when you've been through loads of pages on Amazon and you have to start at the beginning again, but that's the way it is.

I haven't tried it myself but you can bookmark webpages (off the menu pulldown) Do you have this option when you are browsing the store? I'd check it for you but my kindle is in another room at the moment and as soon as I get up, I'll forget where I'm going Big GrinBig GrinBig Grin

While you are at it, feed the birds too. Thumbs Up And come and talk about it at Garden Wildlife Forum
