What I Read

RE: American TV Shows

The Walking Dead is really good. I have loved the first 2 series.

The Big Bang Theory is one of my best ever comedies. I can watch repeat after repeat and still laugh.

I also though Homeland was AMAZING! I saw every episode and was glued to it. I can't believe the main guy in it is British too. He is such a tough marine in the show but he is a little posh boy who went to Eton and Oxford in real life! LOL.

I've watched all of the first series of this and enjoyed it. I love Time Travel shows. This one is mainly set in our time and is about a cop from the future 2077 who finds herself trapped in present day Vancouver searching for ruthless criminals from the future who plan to take over our time Big Grin

Me too, David. We watched the season on DVD, and it was hard to stop when it was bedtime! Really, really gripping.

Dunno. I have not seen the US one to compare. I wouldn't have thought so. Are you daring to suggest that we Brits might need the scary parts cut out? The main guy (I am awful with names) in The Walking Dead is English you know.

This won't work, will it, due to the overlaps??? (Or do you have a quad LNB?)

RE: American TV Shows

The DVD's and blurays were cut for the uk market, as were some episodes. Not sure how many episodes, or from which series, but a bit of googlerising will turn those up if you really wanted to know.
