RE: American TV Shows

I have seen the "oversized" Texan one. It is a cheap version indeed.
Not seen Storage Hunters, though.
I did find a new show where a team will find abandoned buildings, go in (with permission), see what they fancy and offer to buy the stuff. It's called Abandoned Big Grin

RE: American TV Shows

I've not seen any trailers for Game of Thrones, but have read all the books so far. Have been watching the last series again recently. It'll be Monday for me to see the 1st in the new series and also Monday for the last episode of Walking Dead.
Then when GoT finishes (in US) Dexter starts again (US again).

I watch no regular tv, and that is my extent of TV viewing. What will I do when they all finish ?

I have tried various series that people have recommended but very rarely find any worth watching, in my view anyway.

Oh no, Suits has finished Sad But there'll be a series 3, so woohoo.
The Following ended up as being one of the silliest programmes ever.
Still really enjoying Elementary

No spoilers for Suits please!! I have Thursdays episode recorded, and I didn't realise that it would be the last episode (plus I thought this WAS series 3?).

As I said on another thread, I've just given up our Sky subscription, but I miss-timed it, as I have now had to get my daughter to record the final episode of this series of Dexter tonight. I have no idea what I will do when the final series comes out. Any ideas?

RE: American TV Shows

This is series 2 of Suits. I won't spoil it but will say you need to pay attention as it is fast paced. I loved Louis in it.

As for Dexter, you will either have to try and get it by non Sky means or get the American DVD imported when it is out over there. Or invest in a video recorder so your daughter can record it for you.

Or you could use your daughter's Sky Go and watch it on a computer in your house.

You are right, Joo - it is series 2 and it was the last episode. Just have to wait for series 3. Good job it is on Dave, so I will get it. My daughter has Virgin ( we can't get cable where we live), and my grandson is gutted cos he lost my SkyGo when I cancelled Sky.
