Hi bookworm. It appears that the American version (Reader's Digest USA) is available from Amazon.com but there is no UK version listed in Amazon.co.uk.

Maybe the UK version will be available soon, there seems to be a steady trickle of kindle friendly things appearing on the Uk site.
