RE: Kindle General FAQ 2012

I have a kindle touch, I use it reguarly and enjoy it. I have recently lent it to my mother for a trial. The problem is my mother cant seem to get it to work. She does exactly as I do but it doesnt seem to work. wont turn pages. Its like it doesnt pick up on her touch. Any hints?

RE: Kindle General FAQ 2012

Hello Kathryn and welcome to the forum, it's great to have you here. Smile

The only things I can think of is maybe the pressure that your Mum is using to turn pages is the reason she is finding it difficult to use, or the place she is tapping the screen. Have you actually sat and watched her to see that she is tapping in the right place?

Although not related, have you also made sure that you have the latest update for the Kindle Touch on your device? Have a look on the Kindle support pages to see if you have.
Only happy when I am immersed in a good Kindle book Thumbs Up
