RE: Kindle Touch - Is the lack of hardware page-turn buttons an issue?

I do like the buttons, I fancy a kindle touch but the lack of page turning buttons would be the main thing to make me hesitate. I rarely use the keyboard and hate the texture on the keys so am happy to get one without that.

I often read one handed or with the book propped up, it seems to me a touch screen means more inconvenient movement than just pressing the button already under my thumb so I'm not sure how that's an improvement.

Not to mention that while the e-ink screen is pretty finger print resistant, touching it multiple times every day will inevitably eventually leave marks and I do get fed up of cleaning my other touch screen devices.

Thankfully my kindle is in great condition and my case was a tad pricey so I'm not thinking of changing it for a 2011 one yet.
