If you would like to help support the forum, the easiest way to do this is to bear us in mind when buying from Amazon - if you click one of our links just before buying something (or adding it to your cart), KUF will get a small % of the sale.

There is a link to Amazon on the main menu bar, top right, or you can always use this link : Amazon

Hi Lou

Will this also work if we follow links in posts that have the [ = = ] around them?

RE: Amazon

Looks like I bought all three bits of the Millennium Trilogy a day too early.

However, I copied the URL from the link to my Amazon bookmarks in case I forget to go via the forum - so all my future purchases should help KUF a little.

I assume you have set up an Amazon Associates account? If so, expect it to be rejected as you have "kindle" in the domain name. I had a blog with "amazon" in the domain and it got kicked out of the scheme.

This goes further to support my view that the alternate domain name would be worth considering. On a site like this, Amazon is going to be a huge chunck of server costs to miss out on. See the bigger picture.

Hi Wobbler,

I already have things in place to change the domain as and when necessary within a couple of hours. I haven't quite decided exactly when, but probably sometime soon.

RE: Amazon

I just used the link to go through to Amazon and made 3 purchases, do all these count or is it just the first one?

I'm quite happy to go backwards and forwards if it helps this forum to get more support and revenue.
