I do not have the cash to do a 100 ebook giveaway or paperback, where before it was a free service. The ROI is not really existent and if I understood it correctly the giveaways are mostly limited to USA only. Have people found a suitable replacement already to generate a bit of traffic and get some honest reviews? Bookhippo used to offer review opportunities too, is that still active (still have to dive into it after my time of absence).
I have been building my bookbub followers, but feel it is better to use that option if book II part 1 and 2 are both out. I don't really have a Newsletter mailing list (also the new EU GDPR law is making that more difficult to start as well...) so newsletter swapping is a bit difficult. Does anyone have any good suggestions?

Can you try booksprout?  They'll allow you to upload your book for free and offer 20 ARC copies to readers.  It's free and worth a try!
