They look very nice. I’m a sucker for stars. Luckily I kept my gold stars from my Cub Scout days. I collected this set for my “cleanliness is next to godliness” badge. Might as well use them here - [Image: star.gif][Image: star.gif][Image: star.gif][Image: star.gif][Image: star.gif][Image: star.gif][Image: star.gif][Image: star.gif]

Corb Blimey! What you doing here? I thought you'd been abducted by aliens. Did they send you back?

Is that you? Is that Mark Roman, the bloke who hoodwinked me into co-authoring a book about the real events (that haven’t happened yet) surrounding the first Yorkshireman on Mars? You owe me 10 quid for my wages.
Yes, I’ve been taken by aliens. I’m the first human they’ve had here at the Space Zoo and I’m just going through the menu with them - Spam fritters for mains and spotted dick & custard for puddings. Yum!

How come you've got 3 stars and I've only got 2?

No, you're mistaking me for someone else. I certainly don't owe you 10 quid. Spam fritters sounds good, though.

Welcome Corben, thanks for being er... er... will barmy do? I mean it in the nicest possible way, of course. And to prove it, here's what Google says:  barmy (adj.) marked by spirited enjoyment. (Please don't look at the alternative meanings.)

Pleased to meet you, Anna. I like your moody, atmospheric book covers. Thanks for your "barmy" comment. I like the "spirited enjoyment" definition and I'm also rather taken with the 15th century meaning - "Frothy".

Is there a KUF shop where one can buy stars? You see, I only have 2. And you have 7.

Oh, you're another Mark Roman ... not the one that owes me 10 quid. Pleased to meet you, Mark Roman II.

It turns out that I misunderstood Brian (my space-zoo keeper). She said "spam filters" not "spam fritters". Still, if they're battered and deep fried I'm sure they'll still be very tasty.

You leave my stars alone, they're hard won, solid key tapping day after day, night after night. Kath's very nice, she might let you have one of hers. And you leave that Dark Star on my cover alone. Dangerous things, those dark stars. Just noticed, you look a bit like Daniel in that book.

Most people collect the Thank Yous and I've just given you your first, by mistake actually, I was aiming for the 'reply' button.

Thanks for the thanking. This Daniel you speak of ... does he wear glasses and hide during sea battles? If yes then I'd like to put my name forward for the Dark Star movie,
