adding multiple items to one collection in one go

Hello Kindle people

There must surely be a way of doing the above?

I get sent a weekly rtf report that I send to my kindle, and I want these to end up in the same collection, "Reports".  Currently, every few weeks, I gave to find each of these reports on my Homescreen, and one by one move to the collection.  The Kindle is slow enough that this can take 20 minutes or so.

Is there not a way of (for instance) selecting all the reports so far not in a collection, then assign them to the desired collection in one go?

It seems no-brainer.

I am, to be clear, talking about collections on the device, not just in the cloud.

Thanks in advance!

RE: adding multiple items to one collection in one go

I think if you go into the actual collection, click the 3 dots up on the right and go to Add/Remove items. Then you'll get a list of all items on your Kindle and can add multiple ones in one go. At least on my All new 7th gen paperwhite I can.
