I noticed two things today - All4 had upgraded their app's icon and my "system & notification" volume was muted and unworkable. After trying everything else I tried this fix and fortunately it worked for me: Settings > apps & games > manage all applications > All4 > clear data > ok > circle icon (bottom screen) back to home page. Everything working fine again and now all I have to do is log in to All4 all over again as I've erased all my log in details too.
