Kindle Log Files
I have asked them directly, but they don't seem to be interested in my problem anymore.

Hi, Does anyone know, if the technicians can see that I have followed their instructions, (regarding trying to update my Kindle) in the Log Files that they ask me to send them? I have asked them directly, but they don't seem to be interested in my problem anymore. |
