The Men Who Never Grew Up - three laugh out loud tales of 50-something children

The Men Who Never Grew Up is a series of books about a couple of unpleasant,  50-something men who bicker their way through their sad, pedantic lives. Fate always seems to conspire to spoil their tedious fun and in this first trio of stories Dennis Brent is evicted from his house and forced to do three good deeds (or else), Francois Devine becomes betrothed to a woman who disapproves of his hobbies but approves of his life insurance, the village of Bendaton becomes a hotbed of murder and blackmail that only the whiter-than-white Dennis and Francois can possibly investigate, and real life taps Dennis on the shoulder when he's forced to get a menial job after his dead uncle comes back to life.

They do say there is always someone worse off than yourself and that man is Dennis Brent but, fortunately, you'll laugh at his pain!

The three stories (Invasion of the Burly Men, Return of the Dead Uncle and Death By Blackmail are available separately or in a money-saving three-book The Men Who Never Grew Up omnibus.

"Death by Blackmail" is FREE this weekend. A fiendishly silly murder mystery in which a mysterious blackmailer is corrupting, extorting and killing the people of the quiet English village of Bendaton. Dennis Brent and Francois Devine are far from professional detectives but when the police are implicated in the web of blackmail and corruption it falls to our enthusiastic gentlemen amateurs to unmask the criminal known only as "Steve".
