US tax information

Has anyone else had an email about D2D's new tax partner Lilaham? I got another form email today asking me to take their new online tax interview, but when I logged into my account it already said "VALID TAX INFO ON FILE".  Does anyone know if we still need to retake the interview in this case?

Prompted by your post I just looked in Junk and found the email with TAX INFORMATION REQUIRED on it. Pretty annoying, as I thought I had all this stuff sorted. Just off out, but will return to this thread later to see if anyone has any answers about it. I haven't had a chance to look on D2D yet, but will tackle it later.

Thanks, Katherine.

RE: US tax information

Just had a quick look on D2D and it says valid information on file but offers interview. I'm inclined to leave it - after all, if they have valid info already the interview is not necessary.

That's what I thought, Daphne, so wait and see? I suppose I can always take it later if tax suddenly gets withheld again.

Also, I seem to remember someone taking a similar online tax interview at Amazon and actually messing up their zero withholding status somehow - which would be annoying!

RE: US tax information

A writer who emailed d2d about this has been told that we do have to retake the tax interview. You might want to check this out for yourself, but I guess I'm off to fill in forms. Pretty annoying to have to revisit this stuff.
