RE: News delivery website (beta)

It's a general problem with the auto-deliveries, unfortunately I didn't find any solution to make it reliable.
Amazon silently drops some deliveries, due to the large number of emails I send out. Basically they've anticipated people like me, and taken clever measures against it.
You can always do manual downloads via the Kindle web browser though!

Thank you for replying so quickly. No worries. Just wondered if something had gone wrong our end. Can I do a manual download even if it has been sent to Amazon as an auto-delivery?

I'm sure the answer is yes as I often download straight to Kindle.

Yep, you can do that. The Kindle sorts newspaper issues by date, and I think the only possible gotcha is it won't save one with the same date of one you already have, even if it's from later in the day - in that case, you can delete today's issue, then download it.

Hi,
Anyone else having problems with Kindleman?

Nothing received for last 2 days, and I note the website is down.

I'm having problems too, and really missing it. It's made me realise I use my kindle for reading my newspapers than I do for books!
