Reviews: Shadow Core - The Legacy

5 Star Action-packed page turner - top read. 11 Jun. 2015 (posted on Amazon.co.uk)
By Mrs I V Sharman
Format: Paperback, Verified Purchase

This is a book that draws you in right from the beginning and throws up lots of questions that require answers. The author takes you on an action-packed adventure that ranges from peaceful rural scenes to violent spaceship battles. There are plenty of interesting characters with some really intriguing background stories, which are never black and white. I even (kind of) felt sorry for the baddies! The theme of how AI and family might mix and fit together in a future society runs through the whole story, giving some thought-provoking insights on humans' relationship to technology (from the mundane to the complex). At the end of the book we are still left with a few more mysteries to unravel - so looking forward to the next book in the Trilogy.

I'm a major sci-fi addict and just finished one of the coolest books in a long time. Totally engaging with non stop action throughout. I truly hope this author has more to read. This was just that good.:
