Exclamation Help! Anyone know how to say 'Cease and desist' in French?

I've just had a letter from Amazon to tell me that I'm violating KDP Select rules because my ebook is available on this site - http://www4.fnac.com...

It looks like they're using a Smashwords version, but I unpublished there nearly 12 months ago. I've written to Smashwords of course, but they're notoriously slow to answer and even slower to act on a problem. Has anyone heard of this site/seller? Any idea how I can write to them to tell them to take the book off? My french is lousy so I can't even work out an email address for them.
Their 'help' page won't translate into English on my computer. It says it's in English, but it's still in French.

Very frustrated and panicking! Treespeaker was just starting to do better than it ever has. :'(

Google translate suggests Cesser et de s'abstenir - which sounds like stop and abstain.

Still haven't heard back from Smashwords, but from what little I  CAN make out on the site, it's selling the book for Kobo. I found an email address (no idea whether it was the right one) and sent off a request for them to take it down, but it was in English, so I don't know how effective it will be. Amazon only gives you five days to take it down. Sad

Surely all you need to do is use large letters and space them out a bit?

I see it listed on that page, but I'm not seeing anything that looks like a 'buy' button next to it.
Is it just an old listing or has the site actually responded to the stop order?

Katie, I wish I could help. I believe Lexi Revellian mentioned a while back that she'd come across hers... I think there's a thread on here somewhere with some excellent advice.

Is this any good?
