What I Read

RE: Would I like your Facebook author page?

I'm heading through the list now... just set up one for my children's books, which is looking rather sad on the 'like' front!

I find it quite hard to find people I know over on Facebook (or is that just me?) and trawling through everyone's websites/signatures etc takes ages, so maybe we could make a list of kuffer facebook pages somewhere? If people add them to this thread, that would be a start and then we could compile a handy list of them from time to time. Here's what I have so far from this thread:

What I Read

RE: Would I like your Facebook author page?

Hi everyone.
I seem to have already 'liked' the following - Jennie, Nav, Tim, Michael (once), and Matt.
I have now 'liked' Roger, Dorte and Michael (second).
I assume that I have already entered on Bryan's page as there is no 'like' available to me. If this is incorrect Bryan, then do let me know.
I will gladly 'like' Kuffers Facebook pages, because we all need help and I have been told that 'likes' are good for promotion purposes.
However as a 'newie' to Facebook could you please explain why the number of 'likes' is so important and how do I ask folk to like my pages?
Of course, if any kind person wishes to 'like' my page then I would be delighted?
Have fun everyone.
Love and Laughter!
Rick Haynes

RE: Would I like your Facebook author page?

This is a useful thread! I was liking most of these already but have just liked those that had slipped under my radar.

My own page is http://www.facebook.com/jhillwriter

I use it for my own book news but I try to keep it as varied as possible with titbits and photos I've taken.

I have liked all the above that had 'Like' buttons.  I'm an occasional visitor, rather than a regular, but here's my link anyway:

I think we're already ebuddies, Rick. Maybe that's why the button thingy is not available? Pondering

Off to do some liking...

RE: Would I like your Facebook author page?

I think I've liked all of the above - but let me know if I've snubbed anyone.

Scibs, you have a personal fb account rather than an author page. Therefore, the option is to become friends with you rather than like your page. I have sent you a friend request but let us know if you ever set up an author page. ...btw, there was a bit of duck in the last cane toad pie I sent. Sorry - didn't mean to turn you into a cannibal Blush
