Is KUFAds Good For Book Promo

Came across this KUFAds section which lets you advertise your book. Am contemplating signing up, but first I want to ask you all is it any good for getting good traffic and sales for your books?

RE: Is KUFAds Good For Book Promo

I can't say that I saw too many sales when I've advertised here but, on the other hand, ad revenues go towards maintaining this forum. As this forum is a good place to be, I'm happy to support them, given that their charges don't break the bank.

I suppose a good way to check is to ask yourself if you see the ads. Then ask yourself if you would have noticed that book in any other way. The position is the best on the page, so that's a good start.

It's worth experimenting with KUF Ads. Either you get loads of traffic (win) or you end up making a donation to KUF (win).

Yeah, good point, Rosen.

I'm with Lynda and Rosen on this one. I currently have an ad on KUForum and although I have some UK sales this month, it's not noticeably higher than any other month, However, I view it as giving something back to the KUF community an supporting the site, which has been very supportive of me over the last year. Money well spent

I feel about the same as earlier commenters: the ads are inexpensive, and I'm happy to make a wee contribution to this fine forum. I got an ad for one of my husband's books ass well as my own. I didn't notice a boost, but sales didn't go down, either. Smile
