New advert on KUF - on iPad

When I log onto KUF on my iPad, I get a pesky scrolling ad at the bottom of the screen (My name is LUKOL - anonymous search engine).  Anyone else get this ad?  It may be a new source of income for KUF??

No but I get Free Online Calendar And Digital Reference Service. Both on a black bar that obscures the bottom part of the screen. Not pleased.

Edit - just had LUKOL and Anonymous Search Engine. This is obtrusive advertising. It spoils my enjoyment of the forum.

Ah, could that be part of the same issue, I wonder? Is the ad like a task bar at the very bottom?

Yes. Related ads, it says. It's rubbish!

Mine's a Nexus, not an iPad.

I agree it's intrusive. I have no issue with still ads to fund the forum, but these are pesky and get in the way of the actual use of the website. And if you cross the box, it just pops up on the next page!

A tad? I've just been offered lesbian literature. It's got me wrong on that one!

I haven't moved passed LUKOL.
Let's hope our anthology sells millions then Lou can do away with these pesky ads.
