<<I think SW realised this themselves and they now have more 'strict' recommendations about balance between 'free food' like pasta, potatoes and 'super-free foods' vegetables and fruits, quorn, etc. They now say that your plate should be 2/3 super-free to 1/3 free. If you can manage this then it does seem to work for most people. >> I think I was probably the case study that made them change their mind Shocked

eta - how do I quote someone else's post properly so it shows up with their name??

I have been on SW since August last year and have lost almost 2 stones on the Extra Easy which I find works for me. You never feel hungry and if you do you can have a healthy snack.
Tomorrow its back bacon/eggs/mushrooms & tomatoes for breakfast in the morning cooked in Fry Light for me.

Use the 'Reply' button in the footer of the post you want to quote from, rather then the 'New Reply' button or the 'Quick Reply' box at the bottom of the thread. Hope that makes sense?

It certainly is. In the footer of the first post you want to quote find the little square button that looks like two speech bubbles on top of each other, then in the second post you want to quote click on the 'Reply' button in the post footer. Both quotes should show up in your reply box and you can type in your response.

You can Quote more then two people, just use the reply button for the last one and the 'qoute' button for the others. Thumbs Up

What a great response! Smile Looks like we are off to a good start.

Lambleek - that is an amazing weight loss. I'm also vegetarian and luckily tofu, Quorn, soya products are really low fat.

Kaska - We have the wi-fit as well. Time to get back on it to burn a few more calories. It's been hiding under the TV since this summer!

Lyssa and Alex - weddings - wonderful! Something to motivate you. I got married in July last year (second time lucky!)

Emzibah - glad you are joining, look forward to getting to know you.

And hello to OurLad too.

I think this is going to be a great thread - lots of motivation and encouragement to each other. Thumbs Up

Haha Big Grin The reason I'm a Super Moderator is because I wouldn't stop whining to Lou that I didn't have enough stars next to my name Tantrum Eventually he got sick of me and made me Mod - just to shut me up Big Grin
