If you're talking about the Kindlefire then yes I was certainly disappointed with the lack of being able to use Sky  Go to watch the  cricket and football. I
thought it would be a marriage saver. Seems not!

Don't care about gps.

Sky Go - its a question of waiting for Sky to make it available, no use blaming the Fire for that.

ANd I get so get so fed up of people moaning about the lack of Flashplayer. It is Adobe who are no linger issuing licences for Flash - no matter what new tablet you buy, you will not get Flash (although there are ways of getting it on board once you have your Fire in your hands).,

Sky go is available on the Google Play store along with Sky sports et all.... Including loads of GPS apps.

700,000+ apps for android available on Google Play, you really don't need the Amazon store.

Who needs Flash anyway?

You have to set the Fire to allow you to download apps from sources outside Amazon - it is in the settings somewhere. Then you go to goodereader.com and download their app store - in there there is a Flash version compatible with the fire - i think it was called Flash ICS from memory - and from then on Bob should be your uncle Big Grin

Cannot load Google Play store keep getting White bag Notification Please help
I no longer use my tablet for reading as I found reading for long periods seemed to 'draw' my eye's, so switched back to kindle for reading which is much easier and can read comfortably for longer periods without eyestrain. Tablets no use for outdoor use, kindle is much better in bright light. As for you not being able to 'load' Google play hopefully someone with a Fire can help.

The Google Play store cannot be used on the Kindle Fire unless you root the device and install hacked firmware.
