BT Wi-fi app - for access to bt hotspots

Hi - can anybody advise me where I can get the BT wi-fi app so that I can use my Fire using BT hotspots? Looked everywhere and can't find it even though BT are offering a Fire as a prize if you join Openzone! Thanks

The android app for BT wifi is great ... works a treat. It's available in the Google Play Store (Free)
I have the amazon app store loaded on my android tablet, I don't know if you can access the Google Play store to get this app.

(This seems to descibe how to get the google play store on a fire http://www.androidauthority.com... but it's not for the fainthearted)

But the app just makes logging in to a BT hotspot seamless (if it finds one it'll log you in!) Without the app you should still be able to get on line.
The hotspot should show in the WiFi networks list, click to connect then bring up a browser and it should ask you to log in with your bt details (they describe this on the bt site)

Hi - thanks for that. Just had a look at your link and have gone white! Think I'll just go for the first method you described until the app is available from Amazon. Thanks again for your help.

Since they're offering a FIRE, you'd hope that they would make the app available in the amazon store soon!
