What I Read

RE: Bookclub: The discussion of Nicholas Nickleby (contains spoilers)

Hello. My name is Barry - and I am addicted to Dickens.

I have suffered from this condition for more than thirty years - and I have no wish to be cured. After reading ten or twelve modern books I ease back into a CD novel with a sigh of relief. It's like sliding into a hot bath after a day spent digging out weeds.

Yet another one for CD A Group. If you have enjoyed one Dickens you will always ended up going back for more. Rather like Oliver Twist except you are not ill treated or hungary hopefully. Wink
