Guardian subscription
I have just bought a Kindle Fire HD, and while still getting used to it, I am impressed. However, today I have had a major row with the Kindle Fire help group over the phone. They say that my Guardian subscription can't be sent to the kindle fire. They say that the format is not compatible. That does not make sense to me and it is not true. They have sent it to me for the last few days because I have complained. They say that I can't have it in the future: it will have to go to my old kindle. Has anyone else had this problem? I would not have bought the Fire if I had known this was the case.
