The author’s personal note:
20 years multinational experience taught me a lot about success in the corporate career. I had started as a naive employee and achieved managing large organizations as a senior corporate executive. I have changed jobs due to circumstances, own will and due to others’ will. I have had more bitter drinks than I would have imagined possible. I have been literally in tears due to frustration, stress in the workplace, and humiliation more often than I can count the occasions.
I learned it the hard way. You do not need to. This is why I wrote this guide that sums up my and others’ personal experiences on the journey to success in business and gives you advice to career building in the corporate culture.
I recommend this success guide based on tens of real-life stories to corporate professionals, managers or manager-to-be employees. The accumulated experiences cover all areas from sales to manufacturing, marketing to R&D, procurement to finance; industries from automotive to retail, electronics to rubber boots and machinery to FMCG. I wish I could have read a similar book 20 years ago.
Thanks for your help in advance,
