What I Read

Bundlebox

I signed up with Bundlebox a few weeks ago to buy a PaperWhite, as they are now available on the Amazon UK site and have ordered one there.
I am trying to get a refund for the $15 sign up fee which they stated would be refunded if I didn't use the service.
So far I have sent two emails via their message centre asking to be refunded; zilch response from them! not even an automated response.

Has anyone managed to get a refund? ...... if yes how?
