However I presume your fictional village character in your review has Downs Syndrome or a similar disability. 

You refer to him as being ugly & annoying to look at .... But thankfully they don't get to breed too often, although when they do, you get a whole family of them limping around & grinning like they don't understand what's going on ..... 
He is so ugly that even the ugly girls with learning difficulties apparently  dont fancy him .

You continue your story about this 'looser' which unfortunately I was unable to copy & paste on here...

I just wanted to let you know that although there are members of the public that find this humour gratifying, I am not one of them & will be returning the book for a refund.

He looks down on him to try and make himself feel better about being an idiot. Please don't get that mixed up with my views on certain things. I'm more than happy for you to have a refund and I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the book more than you enjoyed the sample.

Obviously, anyone searching for a product that you have listed in your book will come across your ' fake' review on it. Funny is one thing, derogatory comments about those with Downs syndrome when looking to buy laxatives is another.

The review in question has been removed & I presume because it was seen as offensive.
