What I Read

Hello all

Afternoon all,

I'm a gadget man who's had all the kindles so far, except the new paperwhite and fire. I'm sure I'll get one of those at some point though.

I enjoy reading and writing funny books and crime books. If anyone has some suggestions of what to read in those genres I'd be happy to listen.

If you can mix the two in the style of Danny King then we're friends for life. Smile

What I Read

RE: Hello all

Hi Peter and welcome to the forum. I've started not posting my signatiure when saying Hi toi newbies as it oloks a bit like I'm puncung on a new market but as yo've asked, take a look at my crime. Death in Spigg's Wood is the first but you don't have to read that foirst to enjoy the others.

Also by KUffers are David Wailing's books, such as Fake Kate and Rosen Trevethic's Pompomberry House (which is on my TBR list.) If you like humorous, there's Crime in the Community by Cecelia Peartree or Strictly Murder, actually there are lots.

What I Read

RE: Hello all

Hi, I'm new to this forum and am still finding my way around. I'm a writer of historical fiction both indie and trad published. I'm a reader of mainly historical and thrillers -but will try anything. I've just finished Bernard Cornwall's latest 1365 - not quite as god usual, in my opinion and Lee Child's latest, Wanted Man -that was brilliant. Can't see Tom Cruise as Jack Reacher.

hello and welcome!

It's a really friendly bunch on here. I've been blown away by how nice everyone is, so you should enjoy yourself. I don't write crime, but comedy is my thing. If you want something funny, minus the crime - although there is an Al-Qaeda subplot - click on the link below and have a look at my book.

Cheers,

Jon
