This Thirtysomething Life by Jon Rance

Lad lit / RomCom - fantastic story with some really great characters written in the form of a diary spanning 9 months or so! I read it yesterday all in one go...

Funny, sad, happy - all that and squirrels too!

Currently FREE not sure what original price was sorry Sad

Original price is only 1.49 so an absolute bargain (in my humble opinion)

Sorry, Tony, but I can't resist throwing another one into the pot.

The Vacant Casualty by Patty O'Furniture: 74p.

Joyously vulgar, outrageously funny, the perfect antidote to the 'miserable' crime novels we were chatting about in Linda's recent thread.

i know some of us got it as a freebie lately, and it is only 99p to buy at the moment, and it is a very good read.

Hi there. I saw the post about Hannah (thankyou!) and just thought you might like to know, Amazon lowered the price today to 24p. I'm not sure why, nor how long it will last, but I thought I'd share the news. Love and respect to all. Nick xxx

I'm reducing this to 99p from today. I finished my free promo yesterday at number 1 on the bestseller chart and had some lovely reviews.

Another suggestion for this months book club Four Cheeks To The Wind by Mary Bryant. At the minute this one is free and a really good read. I am about half way through it and would love others to read it as well. It's about a husband and wife who decide to cycle round the world. It is full of details about all the countries they pass through and the adventures they get up to. Even if it doesn't end up as the choice this month I would say, pick it at the minute as it's free. I'm so happy that one of Denmark's most famous thriller writers, Steen Langstrup, has finally published one of his crime novels in English.

So my suggestion is The Informer by Steen Langstrup, a dark crime story which takes place during the German occupation of Denmark.

I shall look forward to reading that one whether it wins or not, although, from reading the Look Inside, there appear to be some formatting errors with the fonts.
