I think it's important to accept that people buy and download our books in all good faith. If they are disappointed in them or they are just not for them then they are absolutely entitled to write a review indicating the fact - just as much as someone who may be bowled over by our work.

I think things will only become clear when Amazon exchanges the word REVIEW for the word OPINION...
