I assume you have set up an Amazon Associates account? If so, expect it to be rejected as you have "kindle" in the domain name. I had a blog with "amazon" in the domain and it got kicked out of the scheme. This goes further to support my view that the alternate domain name would be worth considering. On a site like this, Amazon is going to be a huge chunck of server costs to miss out on. See the bigger picture.
